This Privacy Policy explains how SketchYouAI (“SketchYouAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, processes and protects information when you use our mobile application, website and related services.

1. Information we may process

Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of information:

• Photos and images that you select for editing, enhancement or artistic transformation.
• App usage information, such as feature interactions, error information and basic diagnostic events.
• Device information, including operating system version, app version, language and device type.
• Purchase and subscription status provided by Apple. We do not receive your complete payment card details.
• Messages and contact details that you voluntarily send to customer support.

2. Photos and generated images

Photos selected in SketchYouAI are processed only to provide the feature requested by you, such as creating a sketch, cartoon, watercolor image, coloring page or enhanced image.

Images may be temporarily transmitted to secure processing infrastructure or third-party AI service providers when this is necessary to generate the requested result. We do not sell your personal photos.

Temporary files may be removed automatically after processing or retained for a limited period for reliable delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting or history functionality where enabled.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Provide and operate SketchYouAI features.
• Generate requested images and creative effects.
• Maintain app stability and improve performance.
• Respond to support requests.
• Verify subscription access and purchases.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized activity.

Where applicable, we process information based on performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

We may use trusted providers for cloud hosting, image processing, AI generation, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management and customer support. These providers may process limited information only to perform services on our behalf.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple’s handling of payment information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and enforce our agreements.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

SketchYouAI is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law to independently consent to data processing. Parents or guardians should supervise use by children.
