Creating an image
- Open SketchYouAI.
- Select a photo from your library.
- Choose an available creative style.
- Start generation and wait for the result.
- Save or share the finished artwork.
The result was not generated
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure the selected image is accessible.
- Try another photo or style.
- Close and reopen the application.
- Install the latest version from the App Store.
Subscription access is missing
Confirm that you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Then use the Restore Purchases option in the application where available.
Cancel or manage a subscription
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings application.
- Tap your Apple ID name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select SketchYouAI.
- Review or cancel the subscription.
Refund requests
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
