Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SketchYouAI, including the mobile application, website and related services.

By using SketchYouAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

2. License to use the application

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use SketchYouAI for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other content that you upload to SketchYouAI.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit and transform your content only as necessary to provide the requested features, maintain the service and comply with law.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the content you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SketchYouAI to:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
• Upload content that you do not have permission to use.
• Create unlawful, abusive, exploitative or deceptive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use automated systems to overload or misuse the service.
• Circumvent subscription, security or usage restrictions.

5. AI-generated results

SketchYouAI uses automated and artificial intelligence technologies. Results may vary and may not always match your expectations or accurately reproduce every detail.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, sharing or relying on it.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

Prices, subscription periods and available trials are displayed in the application and App Store before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple ID account.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date. Apple manages billing, cancellation and applicable refunds under its policies.

7. Free trials

Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial availability may be limited to eligible users.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.

9. Intellectual property

SketchYouAI, including its software, design, branding, interfaces and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of SketchYouAI or permission to use our trademarks except as expressly authorized.

10. Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party platforms, processing providers and App Store services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

11. Disclaimer

SketchYouAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

13. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service or create security or legal risks.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

15. Apple terms

When SketchYouAI is downloaded through the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the application except as required by law.

These Terms are between you and SketchYouAI, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as applicable to your use of the iOS app.
